Since June 2025, Google officially closed the application for education admin consoles. The market now has fixed stock. The following adjustments are made:
For long-term enterprise Google emails, log in once every 1-2 months by re-entering the account and password [must be via PC web browser login].
For example, for games or various authorized services, you can log in again once.
[Cache logins on the main console do not show login records!]
Only when you log in by entering the email account and password will the admin console refresh the record.
Otherwise, the record will not be refreshed. Emails without login records for 2 consecutive months will be marked as zombie accounts and deleted by the admin console.
Important Notes:
[1] All accounts have email sending function disabled.
[2] Permanent use if not banned by risk control.
[3] Recovery email has no password.
Enterprise Google Tips:
[1] For some games, if "Invalid Email" appears, it is not a Google issue. Some games ban overused domains. The account itself is fine; it is a game issue. Domains need to be tested by yourself. Such issues are not covered by after-sales service!
[2] If "Unable to prove this account is yours" appears, simply switch your IP.
[3] If verification appears when logging in via an emulator, switch back to the original device.
[4] If the situation shown in the image below occurs, click "Confirm Recovery Email" and enter the recovery email account to log in.
This is normal. Long-term studio players are familiar with it. Newbies should understand that this is caused by IP or other reasons.
There is no need to actually receive a code. Be sure to click the third option, "Confirm Recovery Email." Some browser translations may differ, so please pay attention.
