6. If there is no response during login, or prompts like "Unable to Log In" or "Cannot Connect", it is a network issue. Try again a few times (provided the account and password are correct).
If you encounter the image below, it is normal for old accounts that have not been logged into for a long time. Unlock it yourself.

The part before "----" is the ID, and the part after is the password [The ID no longer provides the email password, so either change the ID email to your own, or change the security questions for safety].
