Note: International region ID can be bound to any country's phone number. Test with a small quantity before purchasing more.
Important Warning: Sometimes due to Apple's official risk control, Hong Kong numbers may be blocked, causing SMS reception failure (displaying "Verification code cannot be sent to this phone number. Please try again later"). This is an uncontrollable factor and not an account issue, so it is not covered by after-sales service! Simply bind a different country's number, or wait a day and retry SMS reception, which may then work normally.
Important Notes:
1: If the account prompts: "This Apple ID has been locked for security reasons" (this is a security lock due to long inactivity, not risk control! Follow the instructions in the image below to unlock it)

2: If the account prompts: "Verify your email address." Enter a new email of your own, receive the verification code, and you can successfully change the bound email without needing to change the password again.

The part before the symbol "----" is the ID, and the part after is the password [The ID email password is no longer provided, so either change the ID email to your own, or change the security questions to ensure safety].
If prompted for security upgrade during login, choose to continue and bind a phone number if willing. If not, click "Other Options" and "Don't Upgrade".
[Important] Unactivated iCloud accounts cannot log into iCloud but can log into the App Store. Change the password and bind a phone number yourself to prevent being locked.
